About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Get out there!

ABOUT ME

I tried my hand at the adult life, ie the apartment and full time job, it was alright mostly because I was living in Chicago and I love that city. Then I found out that extended travel is an option! A big secret Americans really aren't in on too much. 5 months of travel throughout Australia, SE Asia, and India will hopefully change me and leave me with some good pictures and wicked stories to tell once I get back to America (where I will let everyone else know, you can do this!)
I'm very laid-back, and I love the 'no worries' attitude of Australia.

PHILOSOPHY

Do unto others as they would do unto you (if they were really nice).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosted in Chicago, now surfing my way up the coast of Oz.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

People who don't CS sometimes ask why hosts would let a stranger into their homes and treat them like family. I think it's because of the generousity that many people have, and a love for travel.
This social experiment has proved a lot of good still exists in this world.

Interests

Production (film/ tv/ docs) I haven't done too much of it yet but will pursue the field once I get home.
Travel, reading, movies, hiking, drinking & eating!
Hanging out with friends, camping, going out...anything that inspires passion!

Music, Movies, and Books

Travel books, anything lent to me or picked up for cheap. Books don't have to just be read once. Reuse!
Movies: Comedies, Documentaries are my favorite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

New Zealand was out of this world. The beautiful scenery was like being in a movie and it was my first active traveling (basically somewhere new every couple of days).

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to learn some of the guitar I have forgotten. I would like to learn how other people think and what they are an expert in.
I can share my opinion (always have one!) and experiences. Also I can share a couple of easy guitar chords.

Countries I’ve Visited
