ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Texas but now live in Chicago where I am working on my Masters at The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.
I live with my girlfriend and a dog named Memphis. Before moving to Chicago, I lived and went to school in Austin and received a bachelor's in studio art from UT.

PHILOSOPHY

hm.. overall I just try to be happy and not hurt other people (and help them when I can!) I haven't quite settled down on any big 'isms'

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm relatively new. My girlfriend and I have talked about getting on here to host people coming through Chicago to meet new people. So far the 2 experiences I've had have been great.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm currently reading some Orson Scott Card books for fun and I've begun some David Hume. Most readings cycle pretty quickly with the grad classes.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to China last summer, that was pretty rad.
