ABOUT ME

I'm a community minded farm-girl with an insatiable curiosity. I do live in the city currently, but grew up on a farm, and have a horse out in the country. I love good coffee, outdoors, and immersing myself in good authentic conversation!

I work in rural community health so working hours can be all over the place. If you let me know when you're thinking of coming, I'm sure we can work something out for your stay.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've couchsurfed during two separate trips to Europe and some in my own country. I shall be heading across the pond again at the beginning of next year and will definitely be using couchsurfing then! I'm so happy I chose to couchsurf over any other mode of lodging because I met some awesome people who I'll stay friends with for a long time.

In the mean time, I'm happy to host travellers in my apartment! It's a cozy apartment that my partner and I both live in however I'm more directly involved with couch surfing and hosting.

I do have a dog (husky) who resides inside and spreads extra amounts of love as hairballs everywhere! It would be best if you're not allergic to pets and you like animals :). A cozy, love filled, chaotic zoo!

Ahh, so many. I don't want too many TV shows or movies, but I read a lot of non-fiction and definitely fancy myself a documentary here and there. I love learning about the human experience. Everyone's got a story!

My partner is really into comedy and sci-fi.
