I'm a 19 year old gap year student travelling for 6 months before I head to university and run out of money! I'm studying English literature at the University of Manchester from September.

I'm into the last few weeks of my trip now. I've been in South America for 4 months and in SE Asia for a month or so. Very sad to leave so squeezing in a last blast before home!

I think it's the best way to experience a city rather than staying in hostels. It also helps my short supply of money! I love to meet people from all over the world.

Football, reading, travelling, music and generalising my interests into broad categories. I love trekking and exploring off the tourist trail! Hitchhiking is great fun. I love going to festivals and going out.
