About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To make the travelling as cheap, fun and safe as it can be.
ABOUT ME
I'm a ready to graduate soon student from Warsaw, Poland. Throughout my life I've been passionate about many things, whereas traveling, meeting different people, cross-cultural studies and just "knowing" the world was always in the middle of everything. And languages, indeed, I will always try to analyze and ask you questions about your language even though I don't speak it.
When traveling, I always try to be spontaneous and never plan too much. Therefore, I'm a fast decision-taker which in many ways facilitates my life and makes it more difficult for the "always planning souls". The only reason I carry a guide with me is for some timetables and travel itineraries... but I just really appreciate when the local people tell me where to go or what to do...
Aside from traveling and languages, I also really enjoy hiking and soft-climbing (limited gear). And sports! Recently, I've started practicing triathlon and would like to do my first Iron Man competition some time next year.
I'm also a hitch hiker and I competed in some hh competitions before. And I can give you a lot of advice about hh :)
PHILOSOPHY
I consider myself an open-minded person who always tries to listen to others and understand them before expressing any opinions of my own or discussing anything.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For the past 4 years that I've been a CS members, I both hosted and surfed with quite a few persons from all around the world. CS for me is not just a website, not just a club or organization. It's a spirit thanks to which I've met amazing people, made friends, not only internet friends but real friendships that last until now. Couchsurfing has taught me a lot and gave meaningful experience not only in terms of traveling, but also life experience, and how to deal with people, how to become "even" more open, understanding and sociable, in some situations assertive and upright. Couchsurfing, I can say, has become a small part of my life.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted a couple of very cool and nice personalities in my flat in Warsaw and I've also had an opportunity to couch-surf in Europe and Asia during this last year. I really like meeting new people and making friends from all over the place so if you need a couch here in Warsaw, feel WELCOME!
