ABOUT ME

Hello everybody!
Always fascinated by the vague idea of what was "foreign" or "abroad", I have managed to see 3 continents and moved to London for a more international life experience. It was menat to be a 3 months experiment and I have been there for 6 years now!

I tend to be quiet at the beginning , but I am very sociable and I like and treasure people (meeting new friends and take care of the old ones ;-)

I'm (again) studying clinical psychology and it might be a professional bias, but I am a good and interested listener.
Loads to discover in this world, mainly in the shadows rather then in strong light, both in people and in cultures and countries.. and I want to see it all!
Alright, I'm sounding already too serious?
Just one side of our complexity; I enjoy a laugh and people that don't take themselves too seriuosly..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Still a newbie, but very enthusiastic!
I've surfed just once and it's been a surprising experience..
I've been attending CS meetings in London as well and each time is fun and a pleasure to exchange experience with more experienced travelers.

Intereses

I'm interested in music, arts, drawing, cinema, books, photography, languages..

More than one interest, it's a necessity!
I'm music addicted; mainly jazz, but I enjoy world music (from south american boleros to the ballads of Cesaria Evora), pop and indie as well.
Probably with books I'm even less selective, I literally read everything! Biggest passions are Philiph Roth and Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
I wish I could advertise Italian writers like Baricco or Mazzucco to spread the poetry, the wit and the tenderness of their books.
Last book read: Anatomy lesson (another Roth's masterpiece)
