About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Create great experiences for people.
ABOUT ME
I'm a passion absorber. Anything that makes your eyes light up, makes me interested. I love to spend time in different places, getting to know and area, the people, and the culture really well. I'm often found in conversation, dancing, singing, eating sweet potatoes, contemplating my next sarcastic statement, updating my spotify, drinking water, talking about how cool people are, attempting and failing at multitasking, or hula hooping on the front porch.
"And above all, watch with glittering eyes the whole world around you because the greatest secrets are always hidden in the most unlikely places. Those who don't believe in magic will never find it." -Roald Dahl
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Many of my friends are active members of the couchsurfing community. From hosting locally to backpacking through Europe, their stories inspired me to become a part of these experiences and create my own memories with couchsurfers.
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am thrilled to host couchsurfers when I have the time and resources to make it the best experience possible. Unfortunately, I am not in Charleston for the summer. But I cannot wait to return and share the community, culture, and rich history that I know and love.
Interests
I love to talk about my sister because she is the most amazing and hysterical human on the planet.
My current goals include: 1. become fluent in French 2. re-learn to play the piano (my piano teacher fired me when I was little because I never practiced) 3. learn to do yoga

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Rowed through the Blue Grotto in Capri, Italy. Sang for Sunday Mass in the Vatican. Sailed along the Gulf Stream on a schooner for 10 days. Built a Truck Farm.
Teach, Learn, Share
"The Shag" is my favorite classic Southern dance, and it is one of my favorite spontaneous past-times - in my home, at a concert, in a bar, in the middle of my friend's kitchen, on a dock or on the beach just for fun. You won't leave without learning a step or two.
I also know a thing or two about single-malt scotch whiskey...
Please teach me to play the piano if you know how!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have grown up in Charleston my entire life. I live on Sullivan's Island and Isle of Palms, and I went to school in Downtown Charleston for 10 years. I know the city and the culture very well, and I would love to take you to the best restaurants, sweetgrass basket stands, plantations, concerts, or anything that sparks your interest.
