ABOUT ME

I was born in Sheffield, Uk, but I'm not English (by blood I mean).
I'm half French and half Flemish (belgium who speak dutch)
I lived all over the world, from Australia, to Asia to America and now here in the south of Spain.
I love my dog and all animals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To start with, when I registered, it was mainly to host and meet new people.
Unfortunately all the demands were for periods of time when I couldn't host, or for couples who wanted to stay for a week.
So I can of got lazy and stopped looking at the site.

Now having rewritten the section about my home I do hope that requests will be made accordingly to what I specify....
And of course I'd still love to go couchsurfing one day allthought I travel mostly to countries where it doesn't really exist.

Quite a few...sailing around indonesia in a prao (local boat), travelling on motorbike in mexico and sri lanka and india and indonesia...., in northern bolivia in the amazon on a boat....

I'm pretty busy most of the time but can show you around for 2 days...I've lived in Andalusia for many many years and know the place very well!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm very open, love to learn about different cultures. Love to experience new food. In fact I just love traveling and all that goes with it.
I must stress that I'm very respectful of others and of others abode. To me it's very important.
I've lived in many people's house over the years and have learned that respect is primordial.
I also always try to conform with local customs in any house I've visited.
