I am an optimistic kind of person who loves to improvise and live in the moment (embracing the cliché much...?).

Languages and traveling are pretty much my life as I'm a teacher in foreign languages (french, italian and spanish) in theory and teaching swedish and english language to refugees aged 16 in pracics.

In addition to being a fulltime language nerd and former teacher in Spain and France, I'm a wannabe writer, teaching-and-learning junkie and addicted to my four pawn fellow traveler, the couchsurfing Springer Spaniel: Joker.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since registering on Couchsurfing I have:
- taught kids, adolescents, grown-ups and retired people french, spanish, italian, swedish and english in swedish, french and spanish schools
- survived a masters degree including: an Erasmus in Perpignan (France), a volcano erruption spotted from my balcony in Sicily (Italy) and a stolen thesis in Sevilla (Spain)
- interrailled my way thru France one city à week in three suitcases and 6 months
- bought a bicycle in one end of southern France and bicycled my way to the other one (including Corsica) by myself
- travelled around France, Italy, Sweden (and soon: Europe) with my CS-dog: Joker

... Basically, I've meet awesome, inspirational couchsurfers these last couple of years and I'm hoping to meet even more! ")

Interests

I loose my time by horseback riding (I'm a jockey), running, swimming, biking, writing, travelling, studying, listening to the good kind of music, watching film and awesome series (such as HIMYM and Desperate Housewives) and just hanging out with friends.
