About Me

CURRENT MISSION

learning to fly

ABOUT ME

what can I say? I'm an easy going guy, I love a good sense of humor, I can be shy at first but it won't be long before we are laughing together if you are easy going too.
I just graduated from film school.
I'm passionate about movies, books, comic books, and anything that will let you tell a story.
Maybe someday I'll get to tell my own story and you may have a great part in it.
Feel free to ask me anything you want.

PHILOSOPHY

I think that we all need to know how to laugh at ourselves, live life with a sense of humor, even in the worst moments.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the idea of this project, so I'll participate in any way that will let me meet new people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just hosted my first couch surfer and it was a great experience.

Interests

movies, books, comic books, music, traveling, getting to know new people, trying new foods, breathing new airs.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of movies, but I have a special interest in both horror movies (zombie ones are the best!) and movies about love being told in an urban landscape and with a sarcastic sense of humor (Clerks, Closer, etc)
Books: lots and lots of them. Neil Gaiman is my favorite writer.
Music: jazz, pop, rock, metal, whatever actually.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went to Europe in 2011 and it was AMAZING.
Then I went back for more in 2013 and it was even better. I got to make a short film that is taking me back this year, as it has been selected for a film festival near London.
I've lived in Morelia, Mexico, for 6 months. It was one of the best experiences in my life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Cinema, comic books (it's a real art form, it`s not just about superheroes or cartoons), humor. I'm willing to teach about what I know of life and also learn from others.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Stories, friendship, the chance to learn from one another.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom, United States
