I've had a couple of informal couchsurfing experiences as a host that were really positive and rewarding. I really love to travel but hate having to spend a ton of money. I enjoy meeting new people and learning about new cultures.

I like almost any music except most country (sorry, country folks!). I love horror movies, period dramas with historically accurate costuming and almost anything entertaining. I like books that reveal truths about life, whether fiction or nonfiction.
