ABOUT ME

I'm from Regina. As a kid I lived in Ghana for 2 and a half years which was the seed that sprouted my love for travel. I have since traveled a fair bit overseas competing in a sport called sepak takraw. I am an off and on student and am currently a Program Assistant at the Sask. Writers' Guild. I love to write, read, live healthy and socialize among many.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've hosted many times in the past. Currently I have a good place to host one or two people. Hoping to surf a little more in the future too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was the manager of an international youth hostel in my hometown and I also lived at the hostel, so I have a lot of experience with travelers popping in, needing a place to crash. I have also hosted travelers, bands, and friends many times in the past.

Interessen

I'm a student of life, who enjoys reading things of philosphy, art, social, political, and cultural issues and articles.

I also enjoy staying active by playing volleyball, sepak takraw, and marathon running.

I've competed in the world championships for sepak takraw in Thailand when I was 18 years old.

I can always share how to play Sepak Takraw. I've been a bartender for a long time and am passionate about local brewers and wineries.
I always enjoy people's stories of travel. Also always like to learn new things.
