About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I want to work for something bigger than me. Not into owning things or property anymore. Been there, and it's not satisfying. I want freedom to wander and I want to use my gifts of caring and skill to serve other human beings. Makes me feel alive!

ABOUT ME

I'm a Mom, a grandma and a fun mid aged female. I moved away from my home town for the first time and I hated it. The experience was...one of growth, I am proud of my self for doing that but I am also very glad to be getting back to my home town. I would like to try a different part of the world, Arizona and I did not see eye to eye or fall madly in love. I need to be near water.

PHILOSOPHY

I have more than enough and I always have more than I need as the Universe is contantly reminding me. I'm finally getting it that the more you share, the more you have, and it's not about stuff, it's about the energy I emit into the universe. Love and trust.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Host and be hosted. I want to attend a CS gathering in Duluth but I'm just going to miss the next one. I may try to plan one myself after I get settled back home.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am learning to trust people again. Letting them into my home reminds me that people are awesome and that sharing what I have gets me more than hording it and fearing that I won't have enough.

Music, Movies, and Books

This little book "The Four Agreements" changed my life. The film "What the Bleep Do We Know" changed it even further. I loved "Water for Elephants", "Saving Fish From Drownng". I am now reading Jimmy Buffets "Margaritaville". He is a darn good story teller.
