Hi, my name is Can. I am an 18-year-old high school student who loves to travel the world, discover new places, and meet new people. My journey as an explorer started when I became an AFS exchange student in Hungary in 2021. This experience ignited my passion for connecting with people from different backgrounds and immersing myself in diverse cultures.
I also have a creative side – I can play the piano and have a genuine fondness for playing badminton. Furthermore, my love for swimming and dancing has led me to join the dance club at my school. While I don't have any pets, my heart goes out to all animals.
In terms of beliefs, I am not a religious person. I greatly value and respect different lifestyles and beliefs, always open to learning from the rich tapestry of humanity.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm an avid electronic music enthusiast, with a particular fondness for genres like house and techno. Lately, I've been captivated by tracks like 'Look at U' by Good Luck. On the flip side, I have a deep appreciation for the timeless allure of jazz music. In the realm of films, I hold a special place for the works of Tom Hanks, whose performances I find truly exceptional, almost embodying a classic and elite acting style. Al Pacino's movies also resonate with me. As for my favorite movie, 'Forrest Gump' holds that honor. When it comes to literature, 'The Metamorphosis' by Kafka stands out as my favorite book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most remarkable experiences in my life was when I decided to participate in the AFS high school exchange program. At the age of 16, I went on a journey that led me to live an entire year far from my family, living in a new environment with a host family. This experience gifted me with not only the opportunity to have lifelong friendships but also to create enduring memories. Additionally, earning my scuba diving license stands as another cool accomplishment that I'm quite proud of.
