CURRENT MISSION

I used to work as a personal assistant for a French MP, then I took acting classes and created my own craft brewery wirth two friends. Today, I'm working as a civil servant for the French Office for the protection of refugess and stateless persons.

Trying to keep being curious, travel a lot, learn and teach as much as I can about as many things as possible! I read a lot and try to write as well.

Rather reserved at first, I become more talkative when I'm comfortable.

I try to be as reliable and trustworthy as I can.

I've an inquiring mind and the taste for the unusual, always looking for new experiences!

PHILOSOPHY

Tolerating any differences, trying to understand behaviors before judging.

I'm kind of an altruistic hedonist enjoying life without annoying others and trying to behave the best way towards others. I also tend to become a stoicist in an increasingly chaotic and uncontrollable world. As an atheist, I tend to develop a secular spiritual life, without any religious consideration.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted a nice Australian couple, a friendly American dude, an amazing young cook from Hungary and a smart buddy from Portugal! Each experience was great, interesting and fun! I also had the opportunity to spend two nights in Palenque (Mexico) at an amazing woman's place, a womand who loved Paris and fought for the rights of the weakest!

兴趣

I'm fond of travelling and discovering new countries, people, cultures, food and beers of course (wine and spirits are highly welcome as well)!

I like to party, enjoy beers and good whiskies, go to the cinema, sing under the shower, talk about politics and how to change the world. I like litterature, science-fiction, history, aeronautics, video games...

I'm also fond of cooking and I like to try new recipes from all around the world. And appreciate it with a good wine or beer.

Sports : hiking, swimming, tennis, golf, windsurf... I'm champion in drinking beers!!

I love any kind of litterature. Here are some great books I love and you should definitely try if it's not already done : Cyrano de Bergerac (Edmond Rostand), Martin Eden (Jack London), The Fishermen (Chigozie Obioma), Great Gatsby (Francis Scott Fitzgerald), L'écume des jours (Boris Vian), Il Gattopardo (Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa), Lord of the flies (William Goldings), Solaris (Stanislas Lem), Sukkwan Island (David Vann), The Royal Game (Stefan Zweig), Hamlet (William Shakespeare), L'Or (Blaise Cendrars), The picture of Dorian Gray (Oscar Wilde), Notre Dame de Paris (Victor Hugo), Long Day's Journey into Night (Eugene O'Neill)... All Stefan Zweig and Philip K. Dick's short stories!

I especially love rock/punk/metal music, but I'm also into country and folk, reggae, classical and baroque music... I have some guilty pleasures in pop music.

Amazing Things I've Seen :
- the Isle of Pines in New-Caledonia ;
- Croatian coast in summer ;
- Angkor temples in Cambodia ;
- Mayan ruins in Mexico and turtles on Yucatan beaches ;
- Hanging temples, the Great Wall and the Yellow mountains in China ;
- Byron Bay and Sydney in Australia ;
- California, New Orleans and New York City ;
- Sun City in South Africa : a crazy place for wealthy tourists, in a country with great differences of standards of living. Crazy, but totally innapropriate!

Amazing Things I've done :
- Swimming in the Ireland Sea in January ;
- Eating spiders in Cambodia ;
- Surviving the explosion of gaz tank in western Ivory Coast ;
- Streaking naked with three friends on a soccer field, in front of a thousand of students ;
- Interviewing refugees in Chad in cooperation with the High-commissionner for refugees of the United Nations ;
- Learning how to brew my own beer... and passing a university diploma to learn it properly! Brewing beer in my best friend's garage and creating a real craft brewery!
- Trying to build an electric plane with friends to travel across the world... and failed! :)
- Deciding to take acting class!
