Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to know a lot about the places I go to. I like to discover myself instead of travelling agencies doing that for me. I like to see the famous stuff in cities, but I also want to find out more about the more unknown places in that area. I want to help those people who feel the same about that in my region.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do like music a lot, especially trance (Jochen Miller, Leon Bolier, Wezz Devall, etc.). I do visit a lot of those festivals. Furthermore I like movies (I wanted to become a scenario writer when I was young), especially psychological thrillers. I don't read books very often, but if I do it's mostly football or travelling magazines.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well I haven't travelled as much as I would like sor far. I've never been outside of Europe yet (except Marmaris, Turkey, but that doesn't count). But places I love are England (Manchester), Paris and the most beautiful place I've seen so far is the Mont Saint Michel in France!

I've worked as sales manager for a event bureau. I made a couple of tours through cities throughout Holland for them. These tours were about culture as much as they were about fun stuff and places. So if you want to know more about the province of North-Holland, just surf my couch;)
