ABOUT ME

I like seeing new places and meeting different people, have a keen interest in the arts, and am really enjoying studying again.....most of the time. I have a daughter, Mollie, She's 19,and lovely and starting University soon, in London.

We've lived in Oxford for a long time, it's a beautiful city. Come visit, I'll show you round.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couch surfing is all new to me....but what a brilliant idea! I have never really done much traveling before but this seems like such a great way to do it....looking forward to being a part of it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Spent three weeks couch surfing in Israel, such a great way to travel and meet people,or stay at home and have surfers come to you. Am enjoying meeting the different people and flavours of different cultures along the way.....

Interests

my interests are wide and varied - art, architecture, theatre, film, dance, people, places, different cultures. Through my studies I have become interested in the place between art and architecture, looking at memory, memorial and monument,the exchange between artist, architect and community.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read, can lose myself for days in a book. Films - to make me think, to make me laugh and sometimes cry and sometimes because I am too tired to think about anything else....An eclectic taste in music - I love to dance.
