Learning about regenerative agricultural efforts throughout Australia. My partner of 7 years (Ethan) and I plan to start out own farm we we return to the U.S. in July.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Bhutan for 6 weeks of fieldstudies was probably the most life changing event thus far.

Driving my partly converted School bus across Canada from Oregon to Vermont and back.

I am a traveling winemaker but we are both passionate about all types of fermentation. We'd love to help you start a batch of your own yogurt, kefir, saurkraut, or kombucha.
