I am a 21 year old British girl looking to travel as much as possible! Will be travelling with other international friends. I study American studies, usually in Norwich in England, but am in Minnesota for this year. I love to travel but rarely get to due to limited time. Since I'm in the states just for this year I am really hoping to get around a little and meet local Americans- I am very interested in being properly immersed in local cultures and habits, as I am most frequently around other exchange/ English students at university. I grew up in Toulouse, France (though as I went to an English speaking school I am ashamed to say my French isn't great) and don't like being in the same place for too long!!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm currently on a year abroad in the USA and studying at the University of Minnesota. This year is proving a lot more expensive than I had hoped lol. But before I go home in May/June I really want to explore the states while I'm still here! A few of the other exchange students here recommended couch surfing to me. I have high hopes.
Also, this seems like a much more natural way to meet locals and get to share travelling experiences than staying in a hotel!

If I was at home I would totally host people, but as I am living in a student residence apartment I am not really allowed visitors, which is why I can't host right now.

Música, películas y libros

I love Panic! at the Disco, Lana Del Rey and Lorde, but any music will do- I'm also a huge fan of musical theatre (check out the Great Comet of 1812 or Hadestown for some weird theatre music).
I love extensive movie franchises- Harry Potter, Star Wars, and the MCU are my faves.
My favourite current book is the Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo- I strongly recommend! I also really love the Harry Potter series obviously, and try and reread it as often as possible.
