About Me

I'm 100% Canadian, but sometimes you may question that because I definitely don't fit the mold! I do not like ketchup on anything, especially not my KD, I eat real maple syrup only on pancakes, and I always complain about the cold. I love food from all over the world, I love to actually dance at clubs, and I could watch football/soccer until the end of time, but have never watched one hockey match in my life. I love exploring my city or yours, walking is second nature to me, it's the only way to find the most interesting small shops and restaurants you may otherwise not see while in transit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking to meet new people and learn about different cultures. Would love to make some new friends too!

Music, Movies, and Books

Salsa, latin, pop, euro, dance, rock... I like nearly any music, in English, French, German, it all sounds great!
I am a fantasy addict, and read/watch a lot of the genre. Also I like general fiction, historical/classics, drama...
I read the book Labyrinth by Kate Mosse recently and enjoyed it quite a bit, a nice mix of fantasy/history/intrigue.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumped on an airplane at short notice and flew thousands of kilometres to a place I'd never been before (and had very little command of the local language) just for an adventure

Teach, Learn, Share

I can show you some hidden jems in Toronto. You'll get regailed about local history while we walk through the centre of town as we walk past some of the older buildings and sites the city has to offer. Depending on the season, there are interesting events and shows always happening around the city that we could check out, and many are often free!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Knowledge of places I've been, history, philosophy, pop culture, canadianisms, and oh so much more!

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Chile, Dominican Republic, England, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Peru, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, England, Peru
