Interests

I like to run and have done some 5ks, a 10k, and an obstacle race. I think running frees your body, and I consider it an "extreme" sport because it is!!

I love reading. My favorite books are The Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck, The Opposite of Loneliness by Marina Keegan, and Interpreter of Maladies by Jhumpa Lahiri.

I am vegan and I love trying new vegan foods!

I also love to do anything outdoors. I find myself most at peace when I am out in nature. I love to ski, and have done so for over 12 years. I love hiking and climbing mountains. Swimming, biking, and walking around are also great!

Traveling is of course an interest. I want to see as much as possible in this world! I can never stay in one spot for too long ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've skydived in Australia and bungee jumped in New Zealand. I moved to NZ without knowing anyone, and I moved to the Czech Republic with my boyfriend.

I can teach English - I'm TEFL certified - so I wouldn't mind teaching or sharing some lesson plans from pre-intermediate to advanced levels.

I can share book recommendations with you or recommendations on things to do in Prague.

I would like to learn anything you have to teach me!!
