**I am moving back to London in March 2025, so can't host in Birmingham after this time**

I'm a railway worker, just back in London after a few years in Birmingham (I headed there for uni and took a while to leave !)

I love travelling, meeting new people and exploring new places, and would love to meet other people who are doing the same ! Hoping to learn, share experiences and get motivation to add even more languages to the list I'm attempting badly on Duolingo 🌞

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have started solo travelling a lot in the last couple of years, but sometimes it would be great to be able to meet new people when I'm travelling and get more opportunity to experience / get a feel for new places that I visit !

I have also loved being able to host people in Birmingham, and can't wait to do the same in London. Now that I'm back here I'm falling even more in love with it, and my area is really beautiful for visitors ☺️ I work shifts so hopefully would have some time to show people around as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music : I am currently in the grip of Chappell Roan but I definitely have varied taste and a weakness for anything I grew up listening to.

Movies : I will watch any film that will make me cry (most films) and always love something tragic in period costume (basically Pride and Prejudice) but also love comedy so it's not all doom and gloom..

Books : Since lockdown I've been trying to get back into reading but am reading a bit of everything at the minute and normally have about 5 books on the go 🥲

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2018 I climbed Kilimanjaro and it's really made me now love hiking and hills on holidays and at home, so if you have any recommendations I would love to hear them !
