About Me
I was headed west, but a last minute decision to visit Myanmar changed that. I fell in love with the country and everyone's smiles. I found my dream job- teaching permaculture at a farm school and everything else just fell into place.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love how couchsurfing brings people who would never meet together. I also love the karma idea... I look out for someone, and then someone will look out for me. :-)

Music, Movies, and Books
A constantly changing list.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hitchhiking from Manali to Leh, Ladahk in the northernmost part of India. Easily some of the most beautiful road scenery in the world.
Wwoofing in Japan... So many priceless experiences.
Western Sichuan... amazing!
Teach, Learn, Share
Um, I know a little bit about some things, I love learning about new things and I especially love when the teaching/learning happens over a shared meal!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I struggle with generosity and so treat it as an exchange. Eg, you cook, I'll do the dishes. (Although I'm happy cooking too!)
Countries I’ve Visited
Cambodia, China, Fiji, India, Israel, Japan, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey
