I like to drink tea and play in the woods.
I am constantly wanting to learn more about foraging and living in alignment with my own body's natural rhythm and the earth's. I am fascinated with tales of ancient land usage.

I work as a freelance massage therapist and mentor.
I enjoy music and traditions shared of Indigenous Americans.
