ABOUT ME

I am a funny and caring girl from Sweden! I am very social and love to meet new people. I am not at all afraid to share stories about myself or my life and really enjoy learning about other people's lifestyles. And, of course, I love to travel! I've been traveling around west Canada, east Australia, almost entire Europe and a few countries in Africa and Asia.

Four years ago I started studying Business at the University of Lund, and graduated in 2015. It was a busy year doing my master's at the same time as being part of a research team, working part time, applying for jobs, separating from my boyfriend since five years and then falling in love again! But, it all worked out great. I got my dream job in the same city as my new love (which just happened to be the beautiful capital of Sweden - Stockholm). This is where I live and work at the moment!

My life in Stockholm is currently quite busy, working as a management consultant. That pretty much translates into much overtime during work days. Therefore, I am only willing to host during weekends. However, when it comes to catching up and hanging out I'll try to be a bit more flexible! I love to meet with new people from all over the world, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you need company for some fun activity you want to do here!

When I am travelling (which I really hope I will be able to do in a similar extent as before, even though I've started working) my goal is usually to talk, eat and live. I love to experience the local side of every place I go to, visit the local favorite restaurant, understand the culture and local entertainment. To do this I believe there is no better way that meeting with locals and learning all about how to truly experience their city.

I am very good at speaking English, pratar såklart flytande svenska y entiendo y hablo un poco español. If we for some reason don't speak the same language, then I am great with gestures ;) No matter if you request to stay with me, or I request to stay with you - I'd be grateful to for a few days be part of your life and your culture.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am fairly good at playing pool. So if there is a bar with a pool table and you are a beginner, I'd be happy to teach you what I know. I am also quite good at singing, and even though it might be hard to teach someone overnight, I'd love to share my voice if there is a will to accompany me with a guitar!

What I Can Share with Hosts

The story of my life, my culture, my energy. I'd also do my best in cooking Swedish food (should be able to make meat balls at least. It's not that hard, then I am not that great a chef) ;)
