I'm into art, architecture, photography, riding my bike, meeting new people and definitely exploring new places and trying new things. I end up being drawn to the grimy and grungy parts of cities and enjoy people watching, hanging out in bars and cafes, or silly dancing on rooftops. I would love to get into more action sports (ever since I took up longboarding I guess) like rock climbing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. I also just like hanging out with old friends or new people exchanging music, watching movies, or just drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes. Because I am an architecture student I spend a vast majority of my time making things -- models, drawings, etc. and am currently working on my thesis for my undergraduate degree. I have lived in Virginia, Brooklyn, and Düsseldorf.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing to visit new places and get tips from locals on great things to do and see! I also really enjoy hosting when I have the time. I always find it interesting to meet the people traveling through wherever I am and would like to make someones experience a bit better by providing a comfy place to sleep and (hopefully) some good company! I think couchsurfing is an awesome way to meet people from all over and make great connections.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

moving to Germany for an exchange year during my fourth year of studying architecture -- being able to travel through Europe, learn a little bit of German, meeting awesome people and making kick ass memories...other than that rock climbing in Alaska, snowboarding in Germany....I'm terrified of heights so both of these are great accomplishments in my book!
