I relocated a little while ago to Halifax, Nova Scotia for school. I am still awestruck by the coolness and magnitude of couchsurfing. My interests include the outdoors and movie marathons.

Books: My favourite is John Steinbeck's East of Eden.
Movies: I watch a lot of French and Italian new wave. Buster Keaton, Jane Fonda and Akira Kurosawa are my idols. They Shoot Horses, Don't They? is my favourite.

A month long canoe trip in the great Canadian North. More frightening and fantastic than anything else I have ever done.
