About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Living and working on our little farm & keeping two gorgeous kids out of (too much) mischief.

ABOUT ME

I love travelling, and while I can't travel I love hearing about other people's travelling stories.

PHILOSOPHY

If you get the chance do it now, because you mightn't get the chance again!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Throughout Europe I experienced the surfing side of Couch surfing, I met wonderful people and experienced a different side of each city...now it's my turn to offer my couch for surfing...if any backpackers dare to venture West of the Blue Mountains!
One of my biggest and best tips for friends venturing overseas is to register with Couch Surfing, it opens up a whole new aspect to travelling!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As a surfer I've had 100% wonderful experiences; between the wacky ´no worries´boys in Barcelona, and the gorgeous CS community in Alicante, Ihad an awesome time.
I have just changed my profile to offer my couch for surfing, so let's see what this brings!

Interests

Travelling is in my blood and I love it....unfortunately the more you see, the more you realise is yet to be seen! Thus the cycle continues.
One of the biggest parts of travelling for me is the foods eaten in different countries and the methods used, I'm always looking for ideas to take home with me.
Sun, sand and surf...though a dash of snow is fun for a while, until the chill settles in your bones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The mining tour in the Cerrro Ricco silver mine in Potosi, Bolivia was one of the scariest, eye-opening and rewarding things I've every done. The way the workers live, think, work and survive was selfless and inspirational.
