Hi Future Friends,
We are a family of four who are wanting to travel around Europe, starting this October.
We want Stas and Matylda to learn about everything around them by sending them into the world. To make friends and have fun along the way. The most important for us is connecting and connections. With you, other cs'ers and people we meet on this trip. We are a very active family! We biked around different countries and always biking when we can. Weather or no weather ;)
Along our way we met Jess from New Zealand who is helping our kids learn English. Together with Amber we met on CS they will go with us on this journey. So we expanded our family a little, haha!

Our vision is to ultimately to inspire other children and adolescents to strive to succeed and pursue their dreams. We would like to share our experiences and learnings to in order to do so. As part of this trip we hope to give presentations at schools and visit football academies.

Meet the travelers:

Aga:
I always have been a dancer and a day dreamer. On a journey through life with Janki and our two children, Stas and Matylda, I fill my baggage with a lot of experiences. In every day life i am a veterinarian. In my spare time I practice yoga and ride a bike.

Jan: I speak and inspire in education. I try to help children achieving their travel dreams, showing them a different lifestyle. I ride a bicycle, swim and climbed on 6 continents. I want to show the possibilities of traveling and going on a adventure with my family.

Matylda: I love horses, I do not have my own, but I often ride on my bicycle to go to my favorite horses. When im there i help Kasia on the farm. I love to dance, to paint and to read.
I could read all day long.

Stas: I look like a 7 year old, but I'm really active and talkative. I love to bike and play football. I train 4 times a week, its 70 kilometers to go to training. So I always talk a lot with my dad in the car.

Jess: I love to be in a natural environment, to see the beauty in smaller things and to connect with people. From climbing mountains, swimming in the ocean and running through forests I am constantly keen to explore and learn about the environment that shapes the people that inhabit the land. Recently I lived in London and now I have begun on a new challenge in Poland helping children and the family with learning English.

Amber: I am always looking for new adventures and connections with people. Open to discover the unknown and not afraid of change. I would describe myself as a creative soul. I love to paint things i see on the way and i am writing my own book.

CURRENT MISSION

Make the best of every minute, time is the most precious thing we have. To live joyously as a whole-life learner... following the lead of our two kids (2008, 2011)

ABOUT US
My Girlfriend and me are just a couple who love to travel, music, dancing, bike riding. We love the outdoors and staying active. I'm much more into sports than my wife is, but she's not afraid to go out and play if you are up for it. I'm a big runner and biker and would love to go on a jog with you. We've got two young children and love traveling as a family. We've just planing 3 years family TRIP around the world, so we can travel full time! Our plan is to show our kids another countries, other peoples and culture. We want to make a better world, we hate wars, we love volunteering, we have a lot of love to offer. We want to raise our kids in a peaceful world, and that could begin with CS, kids already met people from everywhere and appreciate them, no matter their origine, culture, difference,...

PHILOSOPHY

Respect and Communication are key. We live to know more about ourselves and the world around us. We want to live our lives as examples for others. We think that all the dreams should be realised. We try realize one of ours, backpacking around the world with kids. And this, as a family!In any journey are difficult moments, the most difficult is usually the first step, even if I do not know if cutting journey would cost and, now thou not know what is borrowed, and so return home richer!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Giving up the coach and showing people all that Warmia&Masuria has to offer! We also love to crash on other's couches and see how different little slices of the world live! I have met the most wonderful people hosting and being hosted through this site, global freeloaders, and the hospitality club. I am happy to say that I have made great friends through these experiences. I am dreaming up a trip to give my kids a chance to experience this community.
