I like to laugh, I like to smile. I consider myself a realistic optimist. I usually listen before speaking. I enjoy learning about, and experiencing other cultures first hand. Would like to be a traveler, and not a tourist.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to be grateful for everything I have and not dwell on material things. I try to stay focused on what's important and treat others with respect.

I participate in CS by offering up my home, my couch and my time. Events are fairly limited here I believe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Still a newbie. Although I did show around a fellow volunteers couch surfers around town one time after bumping into them on the bus and wondering why they spoke english and where they were from....

Going to the Taj Mahal was every bit as breath taking as people say. I'd say being in Rwanda and India were pretty interesting..the people, the cultures...i couldn't stay long enough...
