Hello! I'm Cale, a musician from Victoria in Australia.

I started playing guitar at a very young age and music itself has provided me with immense pleasure that I don't get in many other areas of life. With that being said, a new passion is taking hold of my heart!
That passion is traveling. I haven't done much travel in the past and I have a strong calling to change that right now.

After going to various festivals around Victoria, breaking through some personal barriers of mine, realizing how much I genuinely love talking to like-minded people & after striking the 'sense of adventure' nerve, I've come to the conclusion that I would love to make it a living. So, in essence, life starts for me now!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about Couchsurfing through some mates that live here in Melbourne and who do a load of traveling. I realize it's benefits for a traveling musician.
My idea is to just hit the road, hitch-hike & end up wherever. Obviously, Couchsurfing would be the perfect companion for this idea. ;)

Interests

I love anything related to art, but music is my highlight.
I enjoy sharing my gift with the world and above all, jamming it out with other fellow musicians. Hitting the streets with my guitar for some busking is my forte.

My favorite singer/songwriters are Damien Rice, Dan Arborise & Amos Lee, to name a few. My favorite musician at this point in time however would be Kalya Scintilla whom is an Electronic/Downtempo artist who is simply astonishing. His art tickles my soul.
