Welcome! My name is Cale, I am 21 years old and I hail from Melbourne, Australia.

Looking to make new friends all over the world! Especially in the coming months when I will be traveling across Europe! (November 2015 - February 2016)

My desire to learn stems through to every corner of the globe. I hope that eventually that desire will help me achieve my life-long goal of experiencing the robust possibilities that this world has to offer.

Experiencing new cultures, landscapes and people from all over the world is a top priority.

I am all about having a good time! Whether it be exploring city nightlife, picturesque hikes or visiting quaint villages, all possess a unique charm that can produce unforgettable memories.

Plus, I don't mind a cheeky drink or two!

To experience new and exciting people whilst traveling abroad.

In addition to this I also would love to play a bigger part in the CS community, as it can offer so many rich and rewarding experiences. Although at this stage in my life I am unable to host Surfers, I can offer some of my local knowledge and indulge Surfers for a day of activities! Sight-seeing, burly hikes or exploring some hidden gems within Melbourne.

When I have my own place I would be more than happy to host!

Meeting and making new friends from all over the globe, swapping stories and embracing in different cultures is what I look to gain from my CS experience.

Mostly I indulge in psychedelic music, but changes depending on my mood. From classical to hip/hop. Anything that strikes up some emotion is good music.

In particular some films I enjoy are: Wristcutters: A Love Story, Moonrise Kingdom, Seven Psychopaths, Blue Is The Warmest Colour, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings. The list could go on!

I can read anything, as long as I find something appealing about it. Mark Twain, Ben Elton, Virginia Woolf and James Joyce are among my favourite authors.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Whilst holidaying in Fiji I had the opportunity to stay in a remote tribal village for a week, learning and experiencing how they live and go about their day to day lives. It was an amazing experience and taught me some very valuable life lessons that I will take with me forever.

This shaped my love for culture and anthropology to what it is today.

I can teach Surfers a great deal about Australian culture and our take on the English language.

I am currently learning French and I hope to continue with another language once I feel I have successfully become fluent in French!

During my travels I hope to learn about other nation's languages!
