Growing up in rural northwest Minnesota, I've never been too shy of the cold. However, I've always seemed to have a deep desire for most of my life to for something bigger. City life compared to where I grew up fascinated me. Along with not being able to travel with my family during my childhood, I've had a deep yearn to get out of the house and see more of the world, and I hope couchsurfing can fulfill my dream.

I'm ready to explore my country and hopefully the world and on the way make unforgettable memories and lasting friendships. Starting June of 2017 I'm beginning my trip with one of my closest friends to backpack around Europe. On my first trip I plan to visit cities like Berlin, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris and Reykjavik. The first country on the list is Iceland.
