I live in the beautiful state of Colorado in the United States. I live with my family (my parents, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and my two adopted brothers from Somalia). I work as a barback in a Mexican restaurant near my home.

I am just getting started with Couchsurfing, and I am extremely excited for the possibilities. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories. I believe that travel shouldn't be incredibly expensive and Couchsurfing seems like the perfect way to enhance the traveling experience without breaking the bank, all the while meeting locals.

I love to rock climb, hike, and climb the 14,000ft (4,200 meter) peaks where I live. I like getting to know new people and getting to know new areas and ways of life. Exploring is my passion and I'm excited to see where it takes me!

My favorite music genre is indie folk/folk pop, but I have a very broad appreciation almost all types and styles of music. My favorite artists are Ben Howard, Roo Panes, Hozier, and Passenger. My favorite movies include Braveheart, The Way Way Back, and The Princess Bride.

I went on a month long trip with NOLS (National Outdoor Leadership School) which was comprised of white water rafting and kayaking in Utah, as well as rock climbing in Wyoming.
