CURRENT MISSION

My mission in life is to be a kid for as long as I can get away with. I want to travel the world, meet new people, experience new cultures, and come away with the best stories possible.

ABOUT ME

I'm an easy going guy that loves to meet new people and visit new places. I grew up in Alaska and I currently live in Idaho and love it here. I love sports and have played them all of my life, especially hockey (ice of course). I love to travel and will take any excuse to visit new places. Recently I've traveled all around the US so I want to start making it more abroad.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a couple of couches in Puerto Rico, hung out with the CS community in Boise, and hosted a number of people at my old apartment.

I like sports and outdoor activities. Some of the activities I enjoy are but are not limited to: hiking, surfing, biking, exploring, ultimate frisbee, rafting. I also enjoy board games, movies, video games, cooking, eating, drinking on occasion, poker.

I enjoy most music with the majority of rap and techno being the exception. I like being introduced to new bands that I haven't heard of. Some of my new favorites include the John Butler Trio and The White Buffalo. Other favorites are the Eagles, Matchbox 20, Bare Naked Ladies to name a few.

Some of my favorite movies include the Shawshank Redemption , Gladiator, Tommy Boy, Groundhog's Day.

In the books department some of my favorite authors are J.K. Rowling, Michael Crighton, Dan Brown.
