CURRENT MISSION

To be a student of the world!

I am an explorer and adventurer at heart.

My friends would say I'm a liberal, goofy, funny, compassionate, wise-ass, and loyal friend. I never take myself too seriously and enjoy dirty humor.

My colleagues might say I'm ambitious and hard-working, with a mind for debate and politics. Ultimately, I try to balance work, play, friends, family, school, and intellectual pursuits the best I can. I care a lot for my friends and family and believe you are the sum of the people around you.

Other than that, for fun: I love good movies, going to or watching football games, political conversation, musical theatre, expensive dinners, wine, going for midnight walks on the beach (seriously), traveling whenever I can, and most importantly: HAVING A GOOD LAUGH. Laughing is definitely my favorite pass-time!

I have a bleeding heart for civil rights issues but would also like to make a paycheck. We'll see if I can reconcile these goals.

A strong grasp of American politics. I received a degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley. I am also a writer, activist, lawyer, actor, and singer and have studied extensively.

I have a strong knowledge of American common law and the legal system/constitution.

I'm an Iranian American and speak fluent Persian.
