Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To explore the world and to be a hero in at least one person's life each day.
ABOUT ME
I've spent the past 11 months teaching English over here in Korea. I spend most of my free time working out, reading (online articles, books, magazines, poetry), writing (journal and occasionally poetry). I love basketball, music, martial arts (just received a black belt in Taekwondo), cooking, dancing, hiking, exploring.
PHILOSOPHY
I live my life to improve myself so that I can bring the best version of myself to the world so that I may enrich those around me. Creating something amazing is the most sublime feeling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm about to set off on a months-long journey, so I would just be staying at people's places. However, in exchange for their gratitude I'd like to cook them a meal, take them out, or compensate them in some manner or another. Once I return to California I plan on hosting.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have crashed at friend's places, which is essentially the extent of my couchsurfing experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I taught English in Seoul, Korea without knowing a single soul going into the situation. I visited the DMZ, which was one of the most intense experiences of my life. I had to duckwalk in a tunnel burried 800 feet underground with a clearance that ranged from 5.5'-6.5' (I'm about 6', so it was rough on my legs).
Teach, Learn, Share
Knowledge about veganism, basketball, fitness (I've been working out for the past 9 years and I have read extensively into the subject) or business; I can teach some self-defense techniques; I can share some poetry and music.
