ABOUT ME

I am trying currently to break into the art world as a painter. It definitely builds character! I generally work as a seamstress-from theater, the Renaissance Festival to movies and nanny. I grew up on a dairy farm and in total I have a whopping 5 brothers! Don't let that fool you though, I am all city girl. One day though, I hope to get a Ph.D. in Art History. What I will do with it though, time will only tell.

PHILOSOPHY

I am fine being a starving artist for the rest of my life as long as I have some good adventures and better company!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

The most amazing thing I have done is camping in the outback for a week. I lived among the kangaroos and emus, hiked a lot of gorges and mountains, experienced Aboriginal history, and witnessed gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. I also made great friendships.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I know how to play a couple of instruments (piano and violin mainly), though I am out-of-practice. I can knit, draw, paint, sew, cook...handy traits to have! I also am a book artist. I am interested in culture and languages. Also in other people's art, no matter how bad they think they are! There is talent in everyone. Live music is always good too!
