About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learn like you will never die, live like you will die tomorrow

ABOUT ME

Well hello! I am a crazy Californian. I recently studied abroad in France, but now I am back home in Los Angeles. Yes, clearly I made my username while abroad :) I'm premed and fairly serious, but I also love to have fun. I'm sarcastic and sweet all in one. I love to cook and have quiet nights in....and also stay out partying til I stumble back in the wee hours. It all depends on what day you catch me on, or what you want to do.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life constantly trying to experience as much as I can. I think everyone should travel and learn from other cultures, hear different ways of thinking, and see different ways of life. Everyone has something different to share with the rest of the world, and its up to us to find out what that is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I hosted surfers coming to Bordeaux, and tried to show them the best this town has to offer!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have the most eclectic music type, its rather hard to explain. I love action movies, comedies, a select few indie films and the occasional horror flick....I'm a voracious reader, and besides my geeky biology books I love the classics.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Amazing thing done? Moving to France....ok maybe not that crazy compared to the rest of you. Amazing thing seen? Seeing a Buddhist monk dropped into the Ganges River in India for burial. It was a once in a lifetime experience that VERY few people get to witness....and it was certainly amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love food. This includes going down to the local markets on Sundays, gathering, smelling, preparing, and eating. I can of course teach you how to cook. I love learning new recipes too! I am fluent in English (duh I know) so of course I can teach that, but I am also studying French currently, and I would like to learn/practice more.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In
