ABOUT ME

Grew up in Monument CO, went to Arizona State for school and have since found myself living the life in Vail. I can't complain... this place is absolutely amazing. To be able to snowboard on your lunch break and enjoy a free concert after work in the snow - it doesn't get better. Although, I can't sit still and am determined to make traveling into a lifestyle sooner than later. I'm down to earth, easy going, and just a happy chick.

PHILOSOPHY

We are exactly where we are supposed to be.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing is awesome! I tell anyone who will listen about it. You meet the most random people, who open you up to so much more than you could have anticipated.

My best memories spent in cities are not those spent at a hotel or hostel but with a local.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Europe... everywhere I could surf, I did.

Vanessa hosted me in Montpellier, France in May. Two months later she took a holiday to Costa Rica; where I was living on a farm at the time. Vanessa hiked through the jungle with me for two hours to experience communal living with me for a few days. We lied and the beach staring at the stars and determined that we will meet again someday.I think that's a badass couchsurfing reunion.

Jim Kelly surfed my couch in AZ. He's since been back to visit me in Tempe and in Vail. OUr next step is the Amazing Race...

Interests

Im gonna go with traveling, yoga, micro brews, hiking, painting, coffee shops, open-minded people, mountains, chronic, snowboarding, vino, bookstores, adventures, people watching, live music, good times with good people, new experiences, learning, and just loving life.

I love meeting new people with stories to tell! People who can open my eyes to a new way of thinking are my favorite.

Lived on an organic farm in the middle of a jungle in Costa Rica - best experience of my life.
Beer gardens of Munich
Smoked my first legal joint in Amsterdam - I was really excited about this one
While hiking in the Swiss alps I got stuck behind about 30 cows being herded up north to make cheese for the summer.
Santorini - 4 wheelers and gyros :)
Couchsufed through Europe and met the most amazing people

The best part is there's so much more to come that I could never anticipate. That right there is something to look forward to.
