I live in Berlin since several years and I am totally in love with that city. Still, I love to explore new countries and cultures so I travel as often as time and money allow me to.

I enjoy walking and normally make 20 km/day (sometimes less, sometimes more - depends on how much time I have). Cycling is also cool but I prefer long-distance cycling while travelling (I mean bike touring). By now I made 2 trips by bike - one in Portugal and one in Italy. It's not the easiest way to travel (starting from packing your bicycle into a huge box and then answering to the questions from strangers who want to know why you travel with a TV), but it makes me super happy. In Portugal I travelled along the coast from the North of the country to Lisbon and in Italy I made several lakes and surroundings. The first time I had to assemble the bicycle myself I was afraid it would fall into pieces while I am on the road... but I am still alive so everything went well :)

There are several cities and countries I used to live in. Krasnojarsk (Siberia), St Petersburg, Nurnberg, Hamburg... once out of the blue I switched to Portugal for 6 months. It was an amazing experience and one of the best decisions I made so far.

I also enjoy some calm hours (not more) with a book and/or wine as well but it is quite hard for me to stay at one place for a long time. I cook with pleasure but only for my friends and guests. I love nature, mountains, hiking and winter sports.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I took trans-siberian train with my dog. Not sure if its an amazing or stupid thing. At least people around were happy to play with a dog during a long 5-days trip. But I am pretty sure my dog didnt share their enthusiasm to play.
