I am Deaf and adventurous. I was raised in Indiana, then went off to college in Washington, DC. I have received my Bachelor of Arts in International Government. I have always traveled throughout my college years until now. My very first overseas travel was to Italy after high school graduation. From there, I have developed a deep fascination towards different cultures and languages. Many of my friends call me a xenophilic (love of different cultures and languages). I am also an avid traveler.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I went to New York City for my birthday and couchsurfed for very first time at his place. I had so much fun! He showed me around and told me how Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, etc differ from each other. Again, I surfed at several places during my Europe trip. All experiences have been pleasant making me love this idea of couchsurfing! I will be going with my friend, Elizaveta, to Europe again this summer for two and a half weeks from August 18 - 31 2017. I have also enjoyed hosting different folks across the world. I believe in humanity and we are to embrace unique individuality.
