In the summer of 2015 I took off on my first international flight and spent a month speeding through 8 separate European countries. The first week of my trip was spent in Eastern Europe on a performance tour with The University of Montevallo's Concert Choir. When my colleagues returned to the states, my dear friend David and I continued our adventure toward Western Europe.

NOW I'm getting back into couch surfing as an attempt to build friendships with communities of creative people across the US :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I haven't been much of one to take photos because the pictures I paint in my mind always seem to be more beautiful. When I reflect on my first journey abroad, my mind travels to this moment...

Standing in the middle of an Italian vineyard, gazing dreamily into the Mediterranean's the vast shade of blue. Or was it the sky? Did it even matter where one ended and the other began? I had so many questions and Mother Nature gently seemed to answer, "No matter how different people, places and things appear to be; they are all exactly the same. The entire world, is a reflection of you."
