About Me

CURRENT MISSION

After a good deal of extended travels in the last few years, I'm taking some time to settle in and relax in my adopted hometown of San Diego. Back to having a job and being pretty grounded, but making time to do the things I love ... yoga, rock climbing, bike riding and eating good food!

ABOUT ME

Child of immigrants I've always been curious about the world before me. I've spent some time to working professionally to develop my career. And at other times in my life I've wandered around somewhat aimlessly to explore the things and places that are of interest. I've been lucky enough to have time and ability to volunteer on causes I believe in. Right now, I'm trying to figure out how to balance all those different aspects of my personality and still get my shit done ;-)

These days I'm pretty mellow ... I have a good group of friends I go out with but not a big partier. I drink mostly just wine, but smoke herb a bit more regularly. If that's something that you find offensive, you probably shouldn't crash on my futon.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything is everything, man

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As of late I've been hosting a few folks in my little cottage in University Hts. I have a futon which folds out and allows for a decent nights sleep at the 'Ka$hPad' lol. I've been attending some of the local cs events, bonfires and pub nights. I've always found my self attracted to individuals who have also traveled a bit of the world and have a genuine curiosity about their surroundings. Eventually I'll start traveling again and looking for couches to crash on, but not yet ;-)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Crashed on a few couches, hosted some stranger, made some new friends. All in all, nothing but positives.
