I love to travel. I have spent the past 19 years living in Scotland, but I have always loved to go to other countries. As a family we would go to France, or the Canary Islands, but in 2012 I went on an expedition to Mongolia. I fell in love with travelling, and I fell in love with Asia. I left my job to travel with my amazing Czech girlfriend who shares my passion for travelling.

Having worked in an AA-Rosette winning restaurant in the heart of Glasgow I had the opportunity to meet a whole variety of people, and to work closely with food. I loved this job as these are two things I love, meeting people and food. I love to try local/regional/national food, something that I wouldn't get anywhere else. I love to cook just as much as I love to eat.

I love sports and anything adventurous, I love to play any sport, or to watch any sport, particularly rugby.

I have recently left my job as a waiter/bartender in a restaurant/hotel in Glasgow. This is in order to travel the world with my girlfriend and experience new place, cultures and meet new friends. We figured that this is the best way for us to experience the country properly, through use of couchsurfing and hostels, we can immerse ourselves in the country. We also view it as a way to meet some new people we wouldn't have the chance to otherwise.
