ABOUT ME

I've always loved to travel and experience as many new things as I can, whether it's seeing something or learning something for the first time, or simply striking up a conversation with someone new. I'm a pretty charismatic and passionate person; it really doesn't take much to get me excited if I'm honest, but it means I'm up for pretty much anything in life. I'm very easy going, liberal and I'll take people for who they are.

PHILOSOPHY

Foster the good relationships and be brave enough to let go of the toxic ones. In many cases, happiness can be a choice.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Unfortunately due to living in a shared house with not a massive amount of spare space, I'm not able to host at the moment. Even though I can't host, I'm able to put you in contact with people in the area that can and I'm more than happy to show you around.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a fair few couches, and hosted a few times but due to living situations, usually I've only been free for a meet up but I've met some fantastic people and always looking to meet more.

Name a band, any band. As long as it's not dance or manufactured pop, I probably like it. From Pink Floyd, to Bonobo to Motorhead. Give me anything that isn't manufactured pop and I'll be happy.

Having been lucky enough to live in Iceland, one of the most stunning experiences was to ski beneath the northern lights as they reflected off the snow.

Second to this is being able to swim in the pools in Cwm Llan swum in by Edmond Hilary as he trained for his Everest Expedition. Fed by a series of cascading waterfalls, they drop away at the end of the pool opening up the whole valley like a natural infinity pool.
