Hello hello! I’m an avid lover of coffee, yoga, music, vegan cooking, wine, poetry, meditation, art museums, festivals, and absolutely anything outdoors! Spontaneous adventures are right up my alley. I’m becoming a regular little travel bug since I graduated college back in May and I want to immerse myself in other cultures while I’m at it! I’m a singer in a local band that plays a lot of Motown, Jazz, and soft rock. I also produce a lot of my own music too!

I believe in healing through connection. Positive energy has a ripple effect that can be felt in your mind, body, and soul!
I go into every new experience with an open mind and patience because I think the only way to learn is from people who are different/have different stories than you do!

My favorite book is The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. This book holds a special place in my heart and it changed my life after making me more conscious of my inner-body and how to weave my passion into my everyday life. Every day I strive to live in the Now and create positive and meaningful experiences!
