Hello everyone! I'm Calu, a 25 year-old girl from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
My entire life I have loved knowing about other cultures, since I was a kid I used to spend all of my time on the internet making new friends from around the globe. Now that I'm older I still like to spend time meeting new people, except that now I choose to travel! It's so great how much you can learn from other's people culture and language; it really opens your mind!
I'm the kind of person who can talk for hours, I like sharing and teaching the few things I know but I love hearing and learning new stuff as well :)

When I'm not traveling I think it's a great way to meet new people and when I am traveling it's definitely one of the easiest way to make new friends far away from home.

When it comes to Music I can listen to anything from Progressive Metal to Reggae or Hip-Hop... as long as it makes me feel something. This is an essential part of my life so I don't like getting stuck on one genre. I do think the best bands in the whole world are Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin though :)

I love watching movies too, I actually studied Film Editing for three years. Crime and mafia movies are my favourite genre to watch, but I also enjoy a good comedy or a romantic film.

Books: Probably my favourite type are the ones based on true stories.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've lived for three months in Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) and I fell in love with the "Cidade Maravilhosa". All the landscapes, the music and the people over there were great and I really would like to repeat it for a longer term.

For the past three years, during the summer, I worked on a summer camp in Pittsfield, Massachusetts (USA) as the camp photographer and it has been one of the best experiences of my life. I got to live on a different country, surrounded by people from all over the world. I got to learn lots of things and had so much fun!
