I put in my notice of resignation at my current job at the beginning of June and will be hitting the road on June 30th to explore as many National Parks, State Parks and National Forests as I can until I run out of funds. I'm excited to meet new people, make new friends, and see new places!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'll need places to stay occasionally while I'm on the road. I plan to camp primarily on BLM land and in national forests, but an occasional bed would be nice. And an occasional shower would be an amazing bonus!

Also, if you want to go backpacking and need a buddy, I'd love to have a partner in an occaisional backpacking trip. I'm not on any kind of schedule so if something works for you, I'll make it work for me!

I love superhero movies, Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, comedies...anything, really. I like almost any kind of music and I like to read! Historical non-fiction is my jam but I'll read just about anything. I also love music! I like older stuff, but I'll listen to anything :)

I visited the Canadian Rockies for the first time recently and it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen!

Teach, Learn, Share

I've been climbing for about a year and I would love to find people to climb with while I'm on my trip! I'd also love to play music with people--I play a lot of instruments so I can jump in with a group.

Honestly...not much. I'll be living out of my car...but I will have lots of stories and experiences to share, and I love hearing about other people's life experience. So if you're in need of a good listener, I can offer that!
