ABOUT ME

I am an undergraduate student studying finance at Pepperdine University in Malibu. I am really laid back but full of passion for life and adventure. I am competitive but respectful of others and love broadening my horizons wherever life takes me. I am never sure what the next day will bring but am always ready to take on new challenges and live a purpose driven life.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, "Wow...what a ride."

Just surfed for the first time! Hoping to open up my apartment to people when I return to the states and start working in San Francisco.

I am still fairly new to CS! Looking forward to diving into it and seeing what kind of amazing people and places I can find.

Interests

I enjoy sarcastic conversations, playing the piano, guitar, photography, golfing with my friends, playing basketball, serving others, and just plain hanging out. Never afraid to try new things, something that studying abroad in China has taught me. Traveling has been a huge part of my life the last few years and I hope travel will continue to be a part of my life going forward. Other things that I like:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbing Moon Hill in Yangshuo, China. Absolutely breathtaking view that I won't forget. Felt like I was on top of the world.

Visiting Machu Picchu and being blown away by the epic Incan ruins on a cloudy morning.

Also seen Great Wall, Taj Mahal, Patala Palace, Sydney Opera House

Traveled through New Zealand in a campervan for two and a half weeks with one of my best friends
